Special Place in the City, 2004

It is a group work, made together with Vesna Bukovec and Metka Zupanič.

Video can be understood as relational artwork. It is based on human interaction and social context. We were invited to a residency in Nottingham, as artists from a twin city and also also from a new member of the EU. We were interested in the relationship between the city and it's citizens. We aked random people to take us to their special place in the city and explain us why this place is important to them.
