As a student at the Academy I got the workshop theme
to do something that would not be bigger then one meter, would not be
related to the wall and it would have integrity.
I took some plush toys and smeared them with glue and
strew them with soil so that they looked like some kind of bulbs pulled
out from the earth. The area around them was also smeared with soil in
the form of a square, and everything all together was located on the floor.
I would interpret this work as a symbolic manifestation
of the subconscious; through which come subconscious impulses from our
childhood get a material form. If we want to end a particular life period
it is necessary that we finally accept it and make it conscious, as this
is the only way to step into the new life period.
