At the Academy I made two ''telescopes''.
Through the first telescope, which I named Voyeur Scope, the viewer’s
gaze was directed towards the house opposite the Academy.
The spectator had to put a slide of an erotic scene into the telescope
tube. In this way, the spectator had the opportunity to look at an erotic
and perverse scene, (self exhibiting) of a fictive subject whit in the
real environment.
I try to stress the presence of voyeurism in our society and put the viewer
into the position where he/she has to decide whether he/she is for or
against this taboo.
The slides were different so the spectator could choose them depending
on his/her gender or desire.
